Protecting your privacy is very important to Delbrook Steve Nash Youth Basketball Association (DSNYBA). Our commitment to our members is to respect and protect the privacy and confidentiality of personal and financial information that is entrusted to us in the course of administering sports programs for our members.

DSNYBA has created the following privacy policy. It confirms our commitment to protecting your privacy and maintaining the trust that you have placed in us.

DSNYBA collects non-public personal information about you to allow your registration for various basketball activities. Examples of this type of information include your name, address, telephone number, birth date, important medical information and other personal information. We also collect credit card information from you during registration. And in some cases, we may also receive information about you from others.

DSNYBA is committed to ensuring that you are aware of how your personal information is used. We will not collect, use, or disclose your personal information without your consent. By providing us with your personal information for the purposes listed above, you consent to our collection and use of the information for those purposes.

If we wish to collect your personal information for purposes other than stated above, we may request that you consent, verbally or in writing, to such collection. If we wish to use personal information that we have already collected, for a purpose other than stated above, then we will first seek your consent to such use.

Each and every one of our volunteers is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of all personal information to which they have access. Our volunteers are advised to know and respect our privacy policy, and compliance with our policies and procedures for protecting personal information is a condition of their position.
