 President's Message

Welcome to Delbrook Steve Nash Youth Basketball. We're looking forward to having you join our ranks and help us "make kids love basketball".

Registration is now OPEN for the 2018-2019 season. Many divisions sell out each year so register early to save and avoid disappointment. It's going to be a great season.

When do you play? - The season starts in mid September and runs to the end of February/early March for most divisions with games scheduled on the weekend. See the Game Schedule for more information. Practices for grade 4 - 10 divisions is typically once a week after 5pm for one hour between Monday and Thursday (players provide their preferred practice night during Skills and Drills in September and our Age Group Coordinators do their best to accommodate the request). Grade 2/3 division has a combined practice and game on the weekends.

AGM for 2018 - Delbrook Basketball Annual General Meeting was held February 26, 2018 at Delbrook Recreation Centre. Thanks to all who attended and demonstrated support for the league when applying for gaming grants and other non-profit status requirements.

Welcome volunteers - We're a league run by volunteers so we need you to help join our team. Please make sure you select a volunteer position during player registration. Remember, greatness starts here! See the Contact Us page for a list of volunteer members (and great positions we need to fill).

Thanks sponsors - Thanks to our returning sponsors for another season: Dr. Tom Moonen, Wedgewood Ventures, Booster Juice and Matthew T. Hansen Architect. They made it possible to provide shiny white shirts to players and coaches to recognize their hard efforts during the season.
